Restore a purchase
Open NEC Prep, return to the Pass screen, and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase. An active Apple-verified subscription should unlock without creating a NEC Prep account.
Manage or cancel a subscription
On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, then select NEC Prep. Apple manages billing, cancellation, and refund decisions.
Progress and reinstalling
Study progress and settings are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app may remove that local progress. An active subscription can be restored, but locally deleted study history may not be recoverable.
Report a content issue
Send the lesson, article, question wording, and the answer or explanation you believe needs review. Do not send copyrighted pages from an NEC book unless you have permission to share them.
Compatibility
NEC Prep requires iOS 17.0 or later and is designed for iPhone.
